Pumpkin Spice Cashew Butter
Make your own creamy, flavorful Pumpkin Spice Cashew Butter with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for spreading, dipping, or gifting, this homemade nut butter is a fall favorite with warm spices and a touch of sweetness
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350℉ and put raw cashews on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Let roast for 7 minutes, shaking the pan once halfway through. Let them cool.
Add all ingredients to a food processsor and blend until mixture becomes smooth and creamy. It will thicken into a paste before becoming thinner and creamy.
