  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup almond milk

Almond Drizzle

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup add more or less depending on your desired sweetness

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Spray your glass brownie pan. You can also use a metal one, just keep an eye on it while baking, as it will bake differently.
  • In one bowl, whisk together the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a larger bowl, mix together the eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and almond butter. Whisk until thoroughly combined. It may be slightly frothy with some bubbles.
  • Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir until moderately combined.
  • As you continue to mix, slowly add the almond milk.
  • Stir until mixture is even.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan and place in oven. You can also leave the batter sealed in the fridge overnight.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, and let sit in pan for 15 minutes.
  • While the brownies are cooling, prepare the almond butter mixture.

Almond Butter Drizzle

  • Mix almond butter and maple syrup in a dish. Scoop and spread onto brownies.
