Preheat oven to 350℉
Spray your glass brownie pan. You can also use a metal one, just keep an eye on it while baking, as it will bake differently.
In one bowl, whisk together the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a larger bowl, mix together the eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and almond butter. Whisk until thoroughly combined. It may be slightly frothy with some bubbles.
Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Stir until moderately combined.
As you continue to mix, slowly add the almond milk.
Stir until mixture is even.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan and place in oven. You can also leave the batter sealed in the fridge overnight.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, and let sit in pan for 15 minutes.
While the brownies are cooling, prepare the almond butter mixture.
