Gluten Free Banana Bread

This moist, flavorful gluten free banana bread is the most perfect one out there! Nobody will know that it is completely gluten free, and everyone will be asking you for the recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 medium overripe bananas just about two cups of banana
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg

Optional

  • 1-2 cups walnuts or pecans
  • 1-2 cups chocolate chips omit cinnamon and nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and spray or butter loaf pan.
  • In one bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  • Mash bananas with fork or mixer.
  • Combine melted butter, both sugars, vanilla, and eggs in a bowl. Mix until slightly frothy.
  • Pour dry ingredients into your mixture.
  • Stir until just combined.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan and place into preheated oven.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until slightly browned.
  • Let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from pan, slice and enjoy!
